Last weekend I was very lucky to have the opportunity to film the first ever traditional Samoan Ava ceremony performed in Brisbane. The event was hosted by the Pasifika Young Peoples Wellbeing Network, a motivated group of young people who are keeping Pasifika Wellbeing and cultural traditions on the agenda.
